There are a few jobs in the world of business that require applicants to have at least a master’s degree.

These jobs can be tricky to get, but it’s definitely worth your time and effort.

IT stands for information technology. IT managers are individuals who oversee the performance and condition of a company’s technological resources.

They’re also tasked with effectively managing the IT department as a whole to ensure everything is running smoothly. What’s interesting to note about this particular career is how it’s seen a lot of popularity over the past three years.

If you’re someone who knows their tech, you might be interested in picking this job up. They make an average salary of $70,000 when they start and can go up to almost $120,000 as time goes on.

As for the education requirements, you can get your BA, but a master’s is the way to go, especially when it comes to tech. The degree you should get can either be in information technology or computer science.

Regardless of what you choose, however, you’re going to be paying an average of $60,000 or more in tuition.

But you’ll be more of an ideal candidate by obtaining your master’s as it shows you’re more knowledgeable and better suited. Business operating managers make an average salary of $55,000, but it can also go up to as much as $130,000 over time.

3. Management Consultant

Becoming a management consultant can be considered to be one of the more odd jobs. You’ll need to find qualifications to further your career in this sector.

Rather than actually be a manager yourself, you’ll instead work with other companies to help guide them.

You can expect to find and assess issues, compile the necessary information and strategize various solutions. There’s no specific educational requirement to become a management consultant.

But you are going to need at least a BA in business administration, statistics or logic. A master’s degree is probably the most necessary one to get as companies will be looking for people with vast experience.
